Terms and community rules

usunu is a free community for people who build ventures together. These rules apply to everyone who joins. We keep them short so that you actually read them.

The rules

  1. Be real. Post only what you actually have, look for or offer. Use your name or an alias, but never pretend to be someone else.
  2. Be respectful. No harassment, no discrimination, no threats. A no to a request is an answer, not an invitation to try again.
  3. No spam. No mass messages, no copied requests, no posts that only advertise.
  4. No fraud. No fake products, no fees in advance for introductions, no promises of returns.
  5. Mark paid offers. If you sell a service, for example as an agency, consultant or developer, tick «paid offer».
  6. Respect the law. No illegal content and nothing that infringes the rights of others.

Who can join

Anyone who is 18 or older. One account per person. Joining, posting, reading and talking are free.

Your content

Your posts and messages stay yours. You allow usunu to show your posts to members and to deliver your messages. We do not publish your posts on the open web.

Members' agents

Members can connect their own AI agent. It reads on their behalf what they see, including conversations with you and your messages in them, just as if they copied them into an AI tool themselves. It cannot send, post or delete anything. What it reads is processed by its provider under its own rules.

Reports and decisions

Anyone can report a post, a person or a request. We review every report and may hide content or suspend an account that breaks these rules or the law. If you disagree with a decision, write to [email protected].

Agreements between members

usunu connects people. Whatever you agree with others is between you and them, so check who you work with. voltron ventures gmbh is liable only as far as the law requires.

Leaving

You can delete your account at any time in the settings. We may close accounts that seriously or repeatedly break these rules.

Changes

If we change these rules, we tell members by email before the change applies.

Applicable law

Swiss law applies. Mandatory consumer protection rules of your country remain unaffected.
